Renata’s Pouch Dryer is designed for efficient drying of all pouch types and sizes—whether pillow, gusset, or plain. With adjustable speeds from 40 to 150 pouches per minute, it adapts easily to production needs. The system features Air Knife Drying technology, consistent pressure control, and outlet air temperatures 8–10°C above ambient for uniform, high-efficiency drying. Integrated guides ensure proper pouch orientation, while the plastic molded link conveyor ensures smooth movement. Constructed from SS 304 stainless steel, it’s built for durability, hygiene, and reliable performance in industrial settings.

Technical Specifications:

  • Washing and drying of all types of crates and crate sizes
  • Can be customised as per customer requirements
  • Line speeds from 300 crated per hour to 600 crates per hour
  • Spray Nozzles are oriented to rinse the Crates in the most effective way from to and Bottom.
  • 5 After washing, the Crates will be passed under the High Velocity Air Knife curtain.
  • This will eliminate maximum surface water on the Crates
  • Hot water provisions can be provided
  • Machine can be divided in section as per requirements. Eg: Pre Rinse / Main Wash / Hot wash / Drying section
