Our Air Knives are high-performance systems designed for efficient drying, cooling, and debris removal across production lines. These systems generate a consistent, high-velocity sheet of air, ensuring uniform coverage for surfaces in motion. With customizable lengths, materials, and airflows, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications including packaging, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
Technical Specifications:
The Air Knife Drying System is available in four motor power options — 3 HP, 5 HP, 7.5 HP, and 10 HP.
It delivers an airflow (CFM generated) of 325, 425, 575, and 675 respectively.
All models are made from high-quality aluminium die cast material and are equipped with a single stage centrifugal blower.
The system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 mBar and can achieve a maximum speed of 20,000 RPM across all variants.
